Aditya is a community-growth specialist and automation engineer, currently building community at Blend. Over the last five years he's designed growth systems for consumer brands, creator platforms, and fintechs, turning vague “build us a community” briefs into concrete, measurable systems. He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from JECRC University and is an alumnus of ISB's I-Venture Immersive program.
“Community isn’t a chatroom. It’s a system, and the operational detail nobody sees is the part that makes it work.”
